I just wanted to take the time to give credit and shout out Michelle at the Nash Adkins office. After moving to North Carolina and waiting 3 months to get our licenses we were at the DMV with our two children when our documents were unable to be faxed. Michelle stayed on the phone with me while trying to fix the problem, and when it was unable to be resolved she contacted another State Farm office had our documents sent there. We were able to get our licenses and thus ended our nightmare experience with the NC DMV. It is experiences like this that make us proud to be State Farm customers, create brand loyalty, and create personal relationships that keep us in The State Farm family.
